I was an invited speaker at the Governance in Scientific Organisations Conference in Wuppertal, Germany, 16-17 March, 2023, which brought together academics, politicians, lawyers and journalists to examine current governance and oversight challenges in German higher education and research. I spoke about my experience of harassment, gender bias and retaliation in the Max Planck Society. The conference led to the Wuppertal Declaration.
